Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t find an answer to your question then please reach out to vievemusic@outlook.com and I’ll get back to you.

How do we book in?

- Once you have sent your enquiry through, I will then contact you to discuss you Wedding Day/Event and answer any questions you may have. This can either be over a Zoom call or just over emails/messages, it’s completely up to you. Once you’ve decided on the service or package you would like, I’ll then send over your invoice and my booking Terms & Conditions (contract).

- To secure your date there is a deposit/booking fee of your chosen package and any travel. Then you have before 6 weeks until your big day to pay the rest!

- Once you have paid your deposit and secured your date, I will then send over your Welcome Pack! Which includes my Repertoire, guide to picking your songs and many tips & tricks.

- Throughout the lead up to your special day I will be able to answer any questions you have at any time. I will also make contact with your venue and co-ordinators.

Are you able to travel to weddings?

- I am based in Gloucestershire but I will happily travel all over the UK and internationally. For venues that are in Gloucestershire (less than 20 minutes from my home address), I don’t charge any mileage, but for venues any further than 20 miles or outside of the UK I just ask for my travel and accommodation* costs to be covered! (*If necessary/more than 125 miles).

We aren’t sure which package.. can we decide later on?

- Yes absolutely! This is actually a really common situation so I always say to my couples; to make sure you secure your date, book in with a lesser package initially and then you can always add on to that package at a later date. I don’t usually book more than one event or wedding in one day, unless I have another booking or personal commitment in the evening that is already in my diary before you book so just keep that in mind.

Do you have insurance?

- Yes I have Public Liability insurance. I am happy to send this to your venue if they require a copy of my certificate, along with my PAT testing certificates for all of my electrical equipment.

How much time do you need to set up?

- I like to arrive around 1-1.5 hours before my performance time in order to set up and sound check with plenty of time before your guests arrive.

We’ve checked your repertoire list and we can’t see our favourite song, can you learn it?

- Yes! I’m always happy to learn new songs for my couples! I get my tracks created with an amazing company to create a slowed and acoustic version of almost any song to ensure your day is as unique and personal as possible.

- I'm also always happy to work with any other musicians or other forms of live entertainment you have booked for your event.

Do you use your own equipment?

- Yes I do! All of my equipment is wireless and mobile. My set up is so reliable that it’s super easy and versatile for all locations, so it’s perfect for when I am performing here in the UK or somewhere abroad! I have a BOSE S1 battery operated PA system which is brilliant and a wired vintage looking microphone, SHURE 55SH SERIES II VOCAL MICROPHONE.
